Kriss Mincey is the wonderfully sounding singer/songwriter from the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area. The track "Thursday Night" is neo-soul at its core with the perfect blend of Jazz and Hip Hop rhythms and R&B melodies. Scratch n' Riff is her debut project and can be found here for streaming.
