I am very proud to announce a joint project with fellow San Francisco blogger and friend, Peter Arko of Ears of the Beholder. The project is a 12'' vinyl compilation capturing the spirit and sounds of the independent San Francisco music scene. This record will incorporate the vast variety of music being performed here in this city by a group of very talented musicians who are making their mark across the globe. The goal of this project is to bring together music communities by releasing compilations across the nation. To help us do this we will ask a influential bloggers/musicians/tastemakers to help curate their respective cities albums.
In order to make this project become a reality, we have started a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds. The records will come as limited colored virgin vinyl. More information can be found here on the Kickstarter website.
