Gauntlet Hair is the name of a band, originally from Chicago, but now finding residence in Lafayette, Colorado. A lot has been made about their very unique but intriguing band name but as I have always said, let the music speak for itself. According to a post on the bands myspace page, the name symbolizes "freedom of expression" and by listening to a couple of the tracks they have uploaded, the band name suites the music very well. It is very expressive and energetic and I can't get enough of it. Hopefully they will have a 7''/10''/CS/EP/LP out soon.
